This page explains what information Helioplot collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, work email, company, country, phone (if you give one) and your password, which we store only in hashed form.
- Project information: addresses, design brief answers, notes and links to files you share so we can design your project.
- Enquiries: what you send through our contact form.
- Billing records: your plan, credits and invoice amounts. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How we use it
- To create your account, deliver your projects and show your status in the dashboard.
- To process payments and send invoices and service emails.
- To reply to your questions.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: Stripe (payments), and our hosting and email providers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
When you log in, a session token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information at any time by emailing info@helioplot.com. Some billing records may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Security
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and payments are handled by Stripe. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
