Your team is in India. How do you cover US and Canadian time zones?
Our team is available 24×7, so a project you send in the US evening or on a weekend is picked up straight away instead of waiting for the next business day. Our studio is in Bangalore, India, and the address is in the footer.
How does the free trial design work?
Send us one residential project through the contact form. We design it free of charge, with no account or card needed. If you like the result, you can buy a package above and carry on.
What counts as one proposal or one permit design?
One credit covers one site design: a proposal for one address, or one permit plan set for one address. Revisions to an active job are included. Major scope changes, such as a different system size or roof, may use a new credit.
Do you work in both Aurora Solar and Solargraf?
Yes. Choose your platform when you submit each job. We deliver in the platform you select so your team can present or share it directly.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits renew monthly and reset with each billing cycle. If you regularly have leftovers, choose a smaller monthly quantity; if you run out, you can subscribe to an additional quantity at any time.
Are permit designs engineer-stamped?
Permit designs are prepared to the requirements of your local authority. Where a licensed engineer's stamp is required in your jurisdiction, tell us when you submit the job so we can scope it correctly.
Which countries do you support?
For now we serve installers in the United States and Canada. Other regions may follow — contact us if you are outside these and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your dashboard and choose “Manage billing” to update your card, download invoices or cancel, any time. To change your monthly proposal quantity, email us and we will switch it for you, or subscribe to the new quantity and cancel the old one.
